莱钢集团运输部姜立松班作为学习型班组的品牌,在班组建设、技术创新、现场管理等方面有突出特色,多年来吸引近全国200余家单位,5000余人次前来学习交流。2010年初,该班组接触到“蚕食法”管理理念,认为该理念对班组的稳定和进一步发展有一定的启发和指导作用,提出了“引入‘蚕食法’管理理念,提升班组管理水平”。
