本文以浙江杭州、温州、台州、宁波等地区的调研数据为研究范畴,以构建中小企业资源配置优化机制为目标,围绕中小企业资源配置效率的度量、影响因素分析及对策研究等,借鉴AOU(2005)、Ozlem Karsu、Alec Morton等学者的研究和建模思想,实证发现浙江省中小企业的资源配置效率高于全国平均水平,并且显著受企业规模、经营状况、债务水平、资本结构、偿债能力以及行业因素的影响。最后,本文提出了优化中小企业资源配置的路径。
Based on the research data of Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Ningbo and other regions in Zhejiang Province, the paper aims at building a resource optimization mechanism for SMEs. Focusing on the measurement of SMEs’ resource allocation efficiency, influencing factors and countermeasures, 2005), Ozlem Karsu, Alec Morton and other scholars. The empirical results show that the resource allocation efficiency of SMEs in Zhejiang Province is higher than the national average, and is significantly affected by the size of the enterprise, operating conditions, debt level, capital structure, Ability and industry factors. Finally, this paper puts forward the path to optimize the resource allocation of SMEs.
