辽宁省并不是传统意义上的林业大省,但是随着近年来林业的迅速发展,林业可持续发展已经成为摆在我们面前的一个严峻的问题。当前是该省全面谋划“十二五”规划的关键时期,我们必须要将林业发展纳入全省经济社会发展的整体规划之中,促进该省林业的健康可持续发展,集中解决困扰林业发展的问题。该文从分析辽宁省林业发展的历史和整体发展现状入手,结合林业发展的规律,就如何解决该省林业发展面临的问题提出若干对策。
Liaoning Province is not a major forestry province in the traditional sense. However, with the rapid development of forestry in recent years, the sustainable development of forestry has become a serious problem facing us. At present, the key period for the province to comprehensively plan its “12th Five-Year Plan”, we must include forestry development in the overall plan for economic and social development in the province, promote the healthy and sustainable development of forestry in the province, and focus on solving the problems that plague forestry Problems of development. Starting with the analysis of the history and overall development status of forestry in Liaoning Province, this paper, combined with the law of forestry development, put forward some countermeasures on how to solve the problems faced by forestry development in Liaoning Province.
