10月11日至14日,以完善社会主义市场经济体制为重要议题的党的十六届三中全会胜利召开,全会审议通过了《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决议,审议通过了《中共中央关于修改宪法部分内容的建议》。新华社发表时评认为:此次全会将成为中国改革进程中的又一座重要里程碑。党的十六届三中全会刚刚闭幕,祖国大地又传捷报:“神舟”五号载人飞船于10月16日6时23分胜利完成飞行任务,成功着陆。我们热烈祝贺会议的胜利闭幕!热烈祝贺我国首次载人航天飞行圆满成功!
