多年来,我在班主任工作和教学实践中,十分重视班级对“后进生”的转化工作,研究和探索后进生在心理、知识、行为上的启动点,经过几年来的教学实践、分析后进生形成的原因有三:学生基础差,学习上缺乏自信心,产生自卑感;学生不爱动脑筋,往往对感兴趣的事异常活跃,厌恶枯燥抽象的知识;学生有一定的学习能力,但学习方法不当,只满足于表面的一知半解。针对以上问题,我采取相应的转化措施,因势利导,收到了良好的效果。

In response to the above questions, I take the appropriate conversion measures, depending on the circumstances, has received good results.
