为了解实习护生对卫生法律法规知识的需求和认知现状，分析其影响因素，本文采取便利抽样的方法对L市和M市6所实习医院2013年新接收的实习护生进行问卷调查。通过调查发现，实习护生对卫生法律法规知识的需求程度较高，但总体认知水平较低；而影响其对卫生法律法规知识认知的主要因素，是学历和医院实习时间。鉴此，本文建议学校和医院都应采取针对性的措施，进一步提高实习护生的法律认知，以保障其职业安全。,To understand the current situation of nurse students’ cognition and demand for health laws and regulations, and analyze its influencing factors, the article adopts the method of convenience sampling to carry out questionnaire survey on the newly received nurse students in 2013 in 6 practice hospitals in L city and M city. Through the survey, the author found that nurse students have a high demand for health laws and regulations, but the overall cognitive level is low, and the degree and hospital intship time are the main influencing factors. As a result, the author proposed that schools and hospitals should take pertinent measures to further improve the legal cognition of nurse students in order to ensure their professional safety.
