在目前的教育环境中,社团活动可以说在学生的素质培养过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。学生通过参加各种各样的社团活动可以提升自己多方面的能力,因此教师需要更加大力推进社团活动的建设和发展。而对于将来步入社会的广大学子来说,社会所需的最为基本的职业素质,也是综合素质中必不可少的。所以,各类院校不仅需要加强对职业技能的训练,更要通过社团活动来培养学生的职业精神,最终提高他们的综合素质,为广大社会、为国家输送全方位发展的优秀人才。从社团活动的现状、对于社团活动的建议以及与学生职业精神的关系三方面进行论述。
In the current educational environment, community activities can be said to play an increasingly important role in the cultivation of students’ qualities. Students can enhance their multi-faceted abilities by participating in a wide range of community activities. Therefore, teachers need to vigorously promote the construction and development of community activities. For the majority of students who will enter the society in the future, the most basic vocational qualities required by society are also indispensable in the overall quality. Therefore, all kinds of colleges and universities not only need to strengthen vocational skills training, but also through professional activities to cultivate students’ professionalism, and ultimately improve their overall quality, for the general community, for the country delivery all-round development of talented people. From the status quo of community activities, the proposal for community activities and the relationship between student career and three aspects to be discussed.
