师退,教师不是在复习备考中无事可做,也不是只评评试卷、改改错题,而是在复习教学中退居幕后,并且进行有效的备课。有效的备课必须备考纲、备考点、备方法、备学生。不仅要认真研读吃透考纲,仔细琢磨考点中的重点,更要了解学生知识的掌握和答题情况,选择合理有效的复习教学方法。生进,学生不是忙于做、听、抄、背,整日地围着老师转,而是在备考复习中进居前台,搞好基础知识的积累,完成知识梳理找出薄弱考点,加强针对训练,巩固考点知识,强化规范答题,提高解题能力。下面笔者从师退生进两个方面具体谈谈。
