由江苏省建季与建设部科技发展刊共同主持的“我国过渡地带节能住宅设计技术”研究课题,已于1989年3月28日在无锡通过鉴定。该课题由中国建筑科学研究院空气调节研究所受建设部委托,于1986年向国家计季申请,经节能局审批立题,与中国(华能)工程技术开发公司签订执行合同。该项目同时纳入建设部1986年科研计划。
The research topic of “Energy-saving Residential Design Technology for China’s Transitional Zone”, co-chaired by Jianji of Jiangsu Province and the Science and Technology Development Publications of the Ministry of Construction, was approved on March 28, 1989 in Wuxi. The project was commissioned by the Ministry of Construction of the Institute of Air Conditioning of the Chinese Academy of Building Research. It was applied to the national quarterly season in 1986. It was approved by the Energy Conservation Bureau and signed an executive contract with China (Huaneng) Engineering Technology Development Corporation. The project was also included in the Ministry of Construction’s 1986 scientific research plan.
