本文对~(60)Co-γ射线辐照灭菌在灵芝栽培上的应用进行了研究.试验结果表明:利用γ射线对灵芝栽培料进行辐照,可达到满意的灭菌效果,且对菌丝体的生长和提高子实体产量具有明显的促进作用.在本试验条件下,最适辐照剂量为2.8Mrad.
In this paper, the application of ~ (60) Co-γ-ray irradiation sterilization in the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum was studied.The results showed that: the use of γ-ray irradiation Ganoderma lucidum material can achieve satisfactory sterilization effect, and the bacteria The growth of the filament and the yield of the fruiting body have a significant promotion effect.Under the experimental conditions, the optimum irradiation dose is 2.8Mrad.
