热锻模具钢5CrMnMo、5CrNiMo和5CrNiTi等热处理工序基本相同,即加热到淬火温度后适当保温,出炉后予冷到780℃左右淬油,在油中冷却到150~250℃出油并及时回火。对于小型或型腔较简单的模子,出油温度可低些,对于大型或型腔较复杂的模子,出油温度可高些。我厂经过实验,对淬火冷却时间的确定,总结了一个经验公式,按此公式计算的时间进行冷却,出油的温度可在200℃左右。
Hot forging die steel 5CrMnMo, 5CrNiMo and 5CrNiTi and other heat treatment process is basically the same, that is, heated to quenching temperature after proper insulation, baked to cool to about 780 ℃ quenching oil in oil cooling to 150 ~ 250 ℃ oil and timely tempering. For small or cavity mold is simple, the oil temperature can be lower, for large or cavity more complex mold, the oil temperature can be higher.
