一、试验报道的是赤霉酸对多胚体枇杷结成无籽果实的效应。普通双倍体的田中枇杷出现正常有籽果实的比例为35~89%,三倍体的田中枇杷出现有籽果实的比例为2.6~5.0%。当三倍体枇杷在1/3的花簇盛花或幼果开始变大时喷布二次100p.p.m 的赤霉酸,花簇随着子房发育不良结了许多无籽果。赤霉酸处理获得的无籽果大小和普通的有籽果一样。《Horticultural abstracts》1982,Vol.52(12),第8367条。
First, the test reports of gibberellic acid on seed embryo loquat seedless fruit effect. The normal diploid Tanaka loquat appears to have a normal seed-fruit ratio of 35-89%, and the triploid loquat Tanaka has a seed-fruit ratio of 2.6-5.0%. Triploid loquat was sprayed twice with 100 p.p.m. of gibberellic acid when 1/3 of the flowering flowers or young fruit began to grow larger. The clusters of flowers had many seedless fruits with hypoplasia of the ovary. The size of the seedless fruit obtained by gibberellic acid treatment is the same as that of an ordinary seed-bearing fruit. Horticultural abstracts 1982, Vol. 52 (12), article 8367.
