日常生活中,绿叶菜、深色蔬果都是很好的抗癌食物。专家认为,有三类食物要远离:首先是腐败变质的食物。无论是动物性还是植物性的食物,只要腐败变质就千万不能再吃了,因为其产生的毒素除了可能引起腹痛、呕吐、腹泻等急性中毒外,还有比较严重的潜在危害。生活中,一些节俭的老年人对有些变味的隔夜剩饭剩菜舍不得扔掉,加热后继续吃,这是一种很不好的习惯。
