一、概况车顶绝缘子烧损是石家庄电力机务段(以下简称石段)多年来存在的老问题。1986年2月16日晚至17日上午的一场雪,就使该段正在运行的四台韶山1型电力机车的车顶绝缘子同时烧损和放电,造成开闭所跳闸6次。根据1986年1月1日至4月17日的统计,这段时间内,共有22台机车的27只车顶绝缘子发生过烧损、放电或断裂现象。这些烧损的绝缘子中,大部分为2220三裙边受电弓支持绝缘子,大约三分之一为2220E四裙边受电弓支持绝缘子。此外,被烧损的还有个别受电弓拉杆绝缘子
