新课程强调,在班级管理过程中,学生才是班级的主人,是班集体的主要建构者,也是班级的主要管理者。因此,班级的自治实际上就是学生自己管理班级。在管理过程中,自主管理机制是灵活多样的,它可以为每一个学生提供自我管理和自主发展的动力,从而提高学生的自主管理意识和水平,有效地促进班级自治文化的形成和发展。
The new curriculum emphasizes that in the process of class management, students are the masters of the class, the main constructors of the class group, and the main managers of the class. Therefore, the class’s autonomy is actually the students manage their own class. In the process of management, the self-management mechanism is flexible and diverse. It can provide every student with the motivation of self-management and self-development, so as to improve the self-management awareness and level of students and effectively promote the formation and development of self-management class culture.
