对慢性中耳炎患者局部应用抗生素应注意安全问题。作者们用24只豚鼠作实验研究,其中12只用庆大霉素,9只用磺吡苄头孢霉素,另3只用生理盐水作为对照组。耳后开放鼓泡,置入2mm直径硅胶管缝合固定。庆大霉素组和生理盐水组用药3天(4次),前者用量每次0.2m(8mg);后者每次亦注入0.2ml;磺吡苄头孢霉素组中6只连续用药10天(11次),每次量亦为0.2ml(20mg)。然后观察耳蜗电图及电镜形态学
