目的探讨结直肠肿瘤中人类主要细胞周期蛋白Cyclin B1的表达与结直肠肿瘤病理学特征的相关性。方法用流式细胞术双参数标记法及免疫组织化学方法检测66例结直肠肿瘤标本的细胞周期素Cyclin B1表达,分析Cyclin B1的表达高低与结直肠肿瘤细胞分化程度,肿瘤细胞浸润深度以及淋巴结转移的相关性。结果Cyclin B1表达的高低与结直肠肿瘤的细胞分化程度相关(P<0.05),而细胞浸润深度,以及淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论Cyclin B1高表达的结直肠肿瘤中细胞明显高分化,随着Cyclin B1表达变化至Cyclin B1低无表达时,结直肠肿瘤中细胞呈明显低分化趋势。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of Cyclin B1, a major human colorectal tumor, and the pathological features of colorectal cancer in colorectal tumors. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of Cyclin B1 in 66 colorectal cancer samples by double-parameter flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. The expression of Cyclin B1 in colorectal cancer was analyzed with the correlation between the expression of Cyclin B1 and the differentiation of colorectal tumor cells, the depth of tumor cell invasion and lymph node Relevance of the transfer. Results The expression of Cyclin B1 was correlated with the degree of cell differentiation in colorectal cancer (P <0.05), but not with the depth of cell invasion and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusions The cells with high expression of Cyclin B1 are obviously well differentiated. With the change of Cyclin B1 expression to the low expression of Cyclin B1, the cells in colorectal tumors show a trend of low differentiation.
