针对医院在岗人员紧急替代制度,首先简要介绍了在岗人员紧急替代制度的概念及其实施的必要性,并分析了建立紧急人员替代制度的基本要求,进而就在医院内如何具体实施在岗人员紧急替代制度,提出了可行的建议措施。
Aiming at the urgent replacement system of on-the-job staff in hospital, the concept of emergency substitution system for on-the-job staff and the necessity of their implementation are briefly introduced. The basic requirements of establishing emergency staff substitution system are analyzed. Then how to implement emergency replacement of on-the-job staff in hospital System, put forward feasible suggestions and measures.
