随着医学的发展,关于肝外胆管癌的诊断治疗已初步被总结出一些较合理的方案。但老年的肝外胆管癌病人,在诊断与治疗上存在其相应的特点,对此,本文就我院1995～2002年外科治疗的23例65岁以上的肝外胆管癌资料作回顾性总结分析。
With the development of medicine, the diagnosis and treatment of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma has been initially summed up a number of more reasonable programs. However, the elderly patients with extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the diagnosis and treatment of its corresponding characteristics exist, this article, our hospital from 1995 to 2002 surgical treatment of 23 cases of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma over the age of 65 for retrospective analysis .
