目前,政府机关的主政思路就是邮政企业研究政务类业务的出发点和落脚点。受经济大环境影响,地方财税收入大幅减少;受高压反腐态势影响,各类财政支出更加透明。但政府机关单位为群众提供服务、解决问题的基本功能没有改变。所以,我们要寻求一种能够完善政府服务功能,提高政府行政效率,降低政府运行成本的方案,以此和政府建立有效的沟通,从而得到政府部门的支持。因此,笔者认为,邮政企业应该从以下
At present, the main ideas of the government agencies are the starting point and the foothold of the postal enterprises studying the government affairs. Affected by the economic environment, the revenue and expenditure of local governments have greatly decreased. As a result of the high-pressure anti-corruption situation, various types of fiscal expenditures have become more transparent. However, the government agencies and units provide services to the masses and the basic functions of solving the problems have not changed. Therefore, we should seek a plan that can improve the government service function, improve the efficiency of government administration, and reduce the government operation cost so as to establish effective communication with the government so as to obtain the support of government departments. Therefore, I believe that postal enterprises should be from the following
