In the context of education modernization, the integration of information technology and curriculum has become a profound revolution in education and teaching. With regard to the integration of information technology and curriculum, the argument of “big integration theory” and “minor integration theory” exists at home and abroad. “Integration Theory ” advocates the integration of information technology into the curriculum as a whole, to change the content and structure of the curriculum, change the entire curriculum system, the creation of information technology curriculum culture. Small Integration holds that modern information technology should be integrated into teaching as a tool, medium and method. This article intends to talk about the status quo and improvement of integration of high school Chinese curriculum and modern information technology from the perspective of “small integration theory.” I. Problems Existing in the Integration of High School Chinese Curriculum and Modern Information Technology 1. Some education authorities and school leaders lack understanding of trends and roles in the integration of information technology and curriculum and their actions are not powerful enough. Although the school home
