目的主管护师参加医院外三科感染管理工作检查,发现问题,研究应用对策,提高科室感染管理质量。方法笔者2014年1月1日~2014年12月1日对我院外三科开展15次感染管理工作检查,发现科室存在9类医院感染管理相关问题。结果笔者研究对策,应用对策后已解决问题。结论加强我院外三科感染管理工作检查,可发现问题,研究应用对策,可提高感染管理工作质量,确保医疗护理安全。
Objective Nurse to participate in the management of three departments outside the hospital infection management inspection, identify problems, research and application of countermeasures to improve the quality of departmental infection management. Methods From January 1, 2014 to December 1, 2014, the author carried out 15 infection management checks on the three subjects in our hospital and found that there were 9 problems related to infection management in the department. The results of the study of countermeasures, application of the problem has been resolved. Conclusion To strengthen the examination of the management of three out-of-hospital infections, we can find the problems and study the application strategies to improve the quality of infection management and ensure the safety of medical care.
