今年以来,在试点企业取得“提质增效”的成功后,我省工业企业对“机器换人”积极性普遍较高。但是在调研中也发现,由于企业情况千差万别,对于部分企业尤其是大量中小企业而言,开展“机器换人”仍然面临不少困难和问题。成本是企业投资决策的重要依据在被调查企业中,约有71.1%的企业认为首要问题是成本太高。在已经完成“机器换人”改造企业中,有超过一半的企业投资额在1000万元以上,资金投入回收期在4年以上的企业比重达36.8%。因此,企业要开展“机器换人”
