用一个敞口的产酸槽(1.58m~3)和密闭的产甲烷罐(总容积为3.18m~3)作常温条件下猪粪沼气两步发酵中间试验。一年的运行结果表明,其密闭部分(甲烷相的年平均产气率为0.635m~3/m~3·d)平均甲烷含量为72.24%。与常规法的比较试验结果表明,甲烷相的产甲烷率提高了96.6%。该系统清除发酵残渣方便安全;残渣干物含量高(平均15.87%),是一种便于转运和使用的好肥料;可控制性强;原料毁解率高(TS毁解率54.49%,VS毁解率57.97%)。
An open-ended acid fermentation tank (1.58m 3) and a closed methane tank (total volume 3.18m 3) were used as the intermediate test for two-step fermentation of pig manure biogas at ambient temperature. The results of one year show that the average methane content in the airtight part (annual average methane yield of 0.635 m 3 / m 3 · d) is 72.24%. Compared with the conventional method, the test results show that the methanogenic rate of the methane phase is increased by 96.6%. The system is easy and safe to remove fermentation residue. The residue has a high dry matter content (15.87% on average), which is a good fertilizer for transport and use. The controllability is high. The raw material has high rate of degradation (TS rate 54.49%, VS rate Rate of 57.97%).
