《幼儿园工作规程》在工作职责划分中明确提出了保教结合的原则,保育员要“在教师指导下,管理幼儿生活,并配合本班教师组织教育活动”。其中保育员的角色和工作内容发生了很大变化:保育观念由侧重“保”到注重“育”;工作内容由侧重“保洁消毒”变为侧重“配班助教”。这些变化都需要保育员重新认识自己的工作及角色,并能以合适的角色及恰当的保育行为提高自身的素质,以顺应新课改活动对保育员提出的新要求。
