In this paper, molecular biology techniques flow cytometric analysis of ovarian cancer and recurrence of solid tumor tissue, peripheral blood adhesion molecule CD44 content determination. The results showed that the levels of CD44 in peripheral blood of normal and benign tumors were 4.83% and 7.62% respectively, which was significantly lower than that of ovarian cancer 27.01% and 38.1% of those with recurrence (P<0.01). Differences, and CD44 content in malignant tumors in peripheral blood, ascites, solid tissue showed high levels of expression, there was no significant difference. It is suggested that CD44 adhesion molecules are closely related to cancer metastasis. Further, the article discusses the role of CD44 in cancer metastasis. The clinical test shows that the detection of CD44 in peripheral blood can be used as an early diagnostic indicator for monitoring and early diagnosis of cancer metastasis.
