以前曾报告,单个皮层神经元对去甲肾上腺素可有兴奋性和抑制性两种应答反应。但还没有按经典的α-和β-受体来阐明其特性。故本文用微电泳给药法来对比各种肾上腺素能受体激动剂(agonist)对单个皮层神经元发放频率(firing rate)的影响,频率增加为兴奋,频率减少为抑制,结果如下:应用α-受体激动剂新福林(Phenylephrine)或甲氧胺(Methoxamine)后,单个皮层神经元发放频率增加(即兴奋表现);而用β-受体激动剂舒喘灵(Salbutamol)后,
It has previously been reported that single cortical neurons have both excitatory and inhibitory responses to norepinephrine. However, their properties have not been elucidated by the classical α- and β-receptors. In this paper, we compared the effects of various adrenergic receptor agonists on the firing rate of single cortical neurons by using the microelectrophoresis method. The increase in frequency was excited and the decrease in frequency was suppressed.
