2005年,对于中国企业来说, “自主创新”几个字叫得尤为响亮。“十一五”规划中指出: “科学技术发展,要坚持自主创新、重点跨越、支撑发展、引领未来,不断增强企业创新能力,加快建设国家创新体系。”自主创新已被提升到国家战略的高度。新年伊始,我国的自主创新之路面临更大的机遇。作为国民经济的细胞组织,要调整和优化产业结构,转变经济增长方式,为发展国民经济做出更大贡献,我国的各类企业必须走自主创新的发展之路。自主创新不是那么简单的事,它是复杂的系统工程,而且牵一发而动全身,很多企业自主创新道路之艰辛曲折甚至令人唏嘘,庆幸的是,很多企业已在摸索中逐渐走上了正轨。然而,对于绝大多数企业来说,自主创新是个全新的课题,要想让他们不再重复先行者走过的荆棘丛生的老路, 要想让他们不再下赌注似的去做那些选择题,当务之急是必须尽快改变他们在自主创新经验体系方面“要么空白,要么残缺不全”的现状,提升他们在自主创新方面的“软素质”。先行者的经验弥足珍贵,勿庸置疑,这些将是准备踏上自主创新之路的企业们最需要的营养。虽然他们各自所处的领域不同,各自的条件和情况也千差万别,但最精华的往往是最具普适性的。
