为了有效学习万载、古丈、都江堰三地的经验,我们约请了两位社会工作处处长进行解读。刘石呈处长从如何学习三个典型的角度,谈了个人的观点;骆冰处长则以万载社工模式与深圳社工模式相比较,对农村与城市社会工作的探索作了反思。万载、古丈、都江堰的社会工作模式尚处于初创阶段,不能说很成熟。基于文化环境、社会工作发育的支撑点不同,借鉴和学习他们的经验也会有各自的方式。相信广大读者对他们的讨论能见仁见智。
In order to effectively learn from the experiences of Wanzai, Guzhang and Dujiangyan, we invited two Chiefs of Social Work to interpret them. Director Liu Shilang talked about personal opinions from three typical perspectives. Director Luo Bing compared reflection of social work mode in rural areas and cities with social work mode in Shenzhen. Wanzai, Guzhang, Dujiangyan social work model is still in its infancy, can not be said to be very mature. Based on the cultural environment, social work support the development of different points, learn and learn from their experience will have their own way.
