在建立社会主义市场经济体制,转换企业经营机制的今天,企业党校如何从实际出发,科学合理地设置课程?带着这一课题,我们先后走访了首钢、武钢、马钢、重钢、二汽等10个兄弟企业党校及鞍钢的18个主体单位,与110名教师、教学管理人员、工程技术人员、党政干部、管理干部及生产一线工人进行访谈。大家的共识是:以老五门为基本框架的企业党校课程设置已远远不能满足企业建设和发展的需要,必须进行调整、改革、充实。调查后我们提出如下构想。
With the establishment of a socialist market economic system and the transformation of the operating mechanism of enterprises, how to set up a scientific and rational curriculum for Party schools of enterprises from a practical standpoint? With this task, we have successively visited Shougang Group, Wuhan Iron and Steel Group, Masteel, Chongqing Iron and Steel Company, And other 18 brother enterprises and Anshan Iron and Steel Company’s 18 main units, and 110 teachers, teaching management personnel, engineering and technical personnel, party and government cadres, management cadres and production front-line workers to interview. The consensus of all parties is that the curriculum set up by the party school with the basic structure of “Lao Wu Men” can not meet the needs of enterprise construction and development and must be readjusted, reformed and enriched. After the investigation we put forward the following ideas.
