目的探讨姜黄素对代谢综合征(MS)大鼠脂肪细胞因子的影响。方法采用高营养饲料喂养SD大鼠建立MS模型后随机分为姜黄素干预组(C组,12只,姜黄素250 mg.kg-1.d-1灌胃8周)和模型对照组(B组,11只);另选正常SD大鼠为对照组(A组,9只)。用药8周后,检测血瘦素(LP)、脂联素(ADP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果 B组LP和TNF-α水平明显高于A组(P<0.05),而ADP水平明显低于A组(P<0.05);C组大鼠LP和TNF-α水平明显低于A组(P<0.05),而ADP水平明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素能明显降低MS大鼠血LP和TNF-α水平,显著升高血ADP水平,缓解MS的进展。
Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on adipocytokines in rats with metabolic syndrome. Methods SD rats were fed with high-nutrient diet to establish MS model. The rats were randomly divided into curcumin intervention group (C group, 12 rats, curcumin 250 mg.kg-1.d-1 for 8 weeks) and model control group Group, 11 rats); normal SD rats were selected as the control group (group A, n = 9). After 8 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum leptin (LP), adiponectin (ADP) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were measured. Results The levels of LP and TNF-α in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (P <0.05), while the levels of ADP in group B were significantly lower than those in group A (P <0.05). The levels of LP and TNF-α in group C were significantly lower than those in group A P <0.05), while the level of ADP was significantly higher than that of group A (P <0.05). Conclusion Curcumin can significantly reduce blood levels of LP and TNF-α in MS rats, significantly increase blood levels of ADP and ameliorate the progression of MS.
