开展群众文化活动,对于促进油田“和谐大本营”建设起着十分重要的作用。结合工作实践,从四个方面探索了发挥群众文化活动作用的有效途径:要把群众文化活动作为教育载体,寓教于乐,主导群众思想;要把群众文化活动作为塑形平台,提素升位,陶冶群众情操;要把群众文化活动作为思想熔炉,抑恶扬善,激励进取情感;要把群众文化活动作为沟通桥梁,纳言蓄智,凝聚发展力量。
Carrying out mass cultural activities plays an important role in promoting the construction of a “harmonious headquarters” of oil fields. Combining with the practice of work, we have explored the effective ways of giving play to the role of mass cultural activities in four aspects: We should regard mass cultural activities as the carriers of education, entertaining and leading the mass thoughts. We should take the mass cultural activities as platforms for shaping, We should regard mass cultural activities as the melting pot of ideas, suppress evil and promote goodwill, and inspire enterprising feelings. We should regard mass cultural activities as a bridge of communication, accumulate righteousness and accumulate strength for development.
