第十三届中国法经济学论坛(2015)将于2015年7月4—5日在福州大学举行。本届论坛由中国社会科学院经济研究所、《经济研究》编辑部、山东大学经济研究院、浙江大学经济学院共同主办,福州大学经济与管理学院承办,浙江夫学法律与经济研究中心协办。现向海内外学者公开征文。一、征文主题(但不限于)1.法经济学基础理论研究2.法制、市场秩序与反垄断3.公权滥用与私权膨胀现象的法经济学分析4.环境治理与环境立法和司法5.金融秩序与金融治理6.法经济学维度的中国立法和司法体制改革7.道德绑架、道德暴力与伪善法、违法分析8.中外具体法律制度或条款的法经济学研究
The 13th China Law and Economics Forum (2015) will be held in Fuzhou University from July 4-5, 2015. This forum is jointly sponsored by the Institute of Economic Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Editorial Department of Economic Research, the Economic Research Institute of Shandong University, the School of Economics of Zhejiang University, and the Faculty of Economics and Management of Fuzhou University.
