Stainless steel suture needle polishing process, in the past has been using electrolytic method. With this old law, we must have more complex electrolytic equipment and a certain area of production sites, but also the production of a large number of electrolysis linked to the suture needle one by one in series, requiring a lot of manual labor; especially the small size of the suture needle. Therefore, production efficiency and costs can not be raised faster. In order to revolutionize this production process, workers and technicians, after repeated studies and repeated experiments, finally succeeded in switching to chemical polishing. With this new process, the production efficiency is increased by about 100 times and a great economic effect has been achieved.
