As the market order continues to improve, the competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce. Budget management shows its important position. It is of great significance to discuss the budget management mode of Japanese-funded enterprises in terms of supporting budget management. Based on the budget management of capital expenditures of Japanese-funded enterprises, this paper discusses the advantages of budgeting management of capital expenditures of Japanese-funded enterprises. The article aims to provide reference for our country’s enterprises.
