X字形和∞字形油槽是滑动轴承润滑油路的两种主要形式。由于油槽槽形具有一定封闭形状的曲线,用一般挂轮方法难以加工成形。只有掌握油槽形成的规律特点,采用一定的传动机构装置,才能一次加工成形。一、X字形和∞字形曲线形成原理 X字形油槽一般应用于开合型的润滑轴瓦。上轴瓦、下轴瓦的中心位置均有一个交点(X字形),如图1a所示。如果把整个X字形轴瓦按轴线位置剖切并展开,如图1b所示。则成为二条相交的正态分布曲线,
