提高职工思想政治工作“科学化”水平,不仅是政治思想教育学科发展的需要,而且也是职工思想政治工作实践发展的必然要求。作者认为,提高职工思想政治工作“科学化”水平,首先应该对“科学化”本身有一个完整而准确的认识,其次是要对职工群体所处的生活场景做具体分析,最后通过改进工作方法来达到提高思想政治工作“科学化”水平的目的。
