目的观察分析布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病例的护理效果。方法选择2015年9月-2016年8月天津医科大学第二医院呼吸科收治的104例COPD患者,给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入进行辅助治疗,将病例随机分为观察组和对照组各52例,观察组给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组治疗效果的差异。结果分别对观察组和对照组有效、显效和无效病例数进行统计,并进行χ2检验统计分析,结果显示观察组的总有效率为96.15%明显高于对照组的76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.25,P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗COPD过程中进行有效护理干预,对改善患者病情,提高治疗效果具有积极作用。
Objective To observe the effect of inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods From September 2015 to August 2016, 104 COPD patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline in nebulization for adjuvant therapy. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group The control group of 52 cases, the observation group was given nursing intervention, the control group given routine care, the difference between the two groups were compared.
