我厂是回收铜铅锌三种金属的浮选厂。由于回收产品种类多,并且矿石性质复杂,给提高选别指标造成了客观困难。我厂采用铜铅混合浮选,并以重铬酸钾与氰化物的联合法进行铜铅分离,同时从铜铅混合浮选尾矿中浮选闪锌矿的浮选流程,如图1。所采用的药剂条件如图2。采用上述流程和药剂添加方式的生产结果往往达不到国家要求指标,最突出的是三种精矿质量和锌的回收率低。在混合浮选作业,以氰化钾和硫酸锌抑制锌浮选铜铅。由于原矿中含有次生铜矿,因
