我省机械工业广工职工遵循党的十一届三中全会以来的路线、方针、政策,在产品质量和质量管理工作上,都取得了一定成绩,产品质量向好的方向发展。到1985年年底已有236家企业、600多个产品获得优质名牌产品称号。常州柴油机厂、常州拖拉机广、南京第二机床厂、无锡机床厂等近100个企业荣获国家、部、省、市质量管理奖。这充分表明全面质量管理这一门科学,正越来越多地被各级领导和广大职工所认识和掌握。但由于推行全面质量管理的时间不长、经验不足,在实施中也出现了一些问题,为在学习国外先进质量管理基础上形成:以我为主,自成一家的精神,现浅谈企业质量管理中的一些基本概念和实施中的有关问题。一、所谓产品质量,从TQC 的观点来看,应包括:
