目的:分析产科会阴侧切术使用2-0怡乔可吸收缝合线美容缝合术的临床应用及部分出现不良反应的处理。方法:选择2016年1月-2016年12月到我院分娩且会阴侧切的产妇500例产妇作为研究对象,所有患者均进行产科会阴侧切术可吸收缝合线治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果:500例产妇中,不良反应发生率为4.00%,没有出现任何切口感染、硬结等情况。住院时间较短,在术后48-72h就已出院;产后复查只看见了小瘢痕,无红肿硬结,外观也较为美观,没有任何不适。结论:产科会阴侧切术可吸收缝合线临床应用效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of 2-0 Yiqiao Absorbable suture cosmetic suture in obstetric episiotomy and partial treatment of adverse reactions. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2016, 500 maternal women who delivered to our hospital with episiotomy and episiotomy were selected as study subjects. All patients underwent endoscopic perineal incision to absorb sutures and observe the clinical effect.
