本文从欧洲联盟、北美自由贸易区以及东盟三大典型区域贸易安排争端解决机制的比较着手,分析区域贸易安排争端解决机制的特点以及区域贸易安排争端解决机制的形成对WTO争端解决机制的影响。
This article analyzes the characteristics of the dispute settlement mechanism of the regional trade arrangements and the impact of the formation of the dispute settlement mechanism of regional trade arrangements on the WTO dispute settlement mechanism from the perspectives of the dispute settlement mechanisms of the three typical regional trade arrangements of the European Union, North American Free Trade Area and ASEAN.
