提高中职学生的语文应用能力是中职语文教学的终极目标。要达成这一目标,首先要弄清用人单位对人才的需求,弄清目前中职学生语文应用能力和职业需求的差距,唯有如此,中职语文教学才能有的放矢。作者在广泛调查、深入分析的基础上,对中职语文教学提出如下建议:以就业为导向,培养学生语文应用能力,构建学生职业核心能力;加强口语交际和书面表达能力的训练;与专业挂钩,有的放矢;建立科学的语文应用能力考核机制。
Improving the ability of Chinese students to apply Chinese is the ultimate goal of vocational Chinese teaching. To achieve this goal, we must first understand the employer’s demand for talent, to clarify the current language skills and vocational needs of secondary vocational students in the gap, the only way to secondary vocational language teaching can be targeted. On the basis of extensive investigation and in-depth analysis, the author puts forward the following suggestions on Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools: taking employment as a guideline, cultivating students ’language ability and building students’ core competencies; strengthening oral communication and writing skills; , Targeted; establish a scientific language proficiency assessment system.
