目的 观察层粘蛋白 (Laminin ,LN)在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增殖症及子宫内膜癌中的分布规律 ,并探讨其与子宫内膜癌的关系。方法 用LSAB免疫组化法 ,检测了 17例正常子宫内膜、16例子宫内膜增殖症及2 3例子宫内膜癌组织中LN表达。结果 LN广泛表达在血管、腺上皮基底膜和间质细胞及腺细胞 /腺癌细胞胞浆内。其中腺上皮基底膜LN表达构成比及腺上皮 /腺癌细胞内LN表达率在三种内膜间比较有显著的统计学差异(χ2 =34 .34 ,P <0 .0 0 1;χ2 =13.5 0 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ;腺癌细胞内LN表达与子宫内膜癌病理分级间比较有显著差异(P =0 .0 43)。结论 腺细胞内LN表达及基底膜LN表达缺失与子宫内膜癌有关。
Objective To observe the distribution of laminin (LN) in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma, and to explore its relationship with endometrial cancer. Methods The expression of LN in 17 cases of normal endometrium, 16 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 23 cases of endometrial carcinoma were detected by LSAB immunohistochemistry. Results LN was widely expressed in the cytoplasm of blood vessels, glandular epithelial basement membrane and interstitial cells and glandular / adenocarcinoma cells. The expression of LN in glandular epithelial basement membrane and the expression of LN in glandular epithelial / adenocarcinoma cells were significantly different among the three kinds of endometrium (χ2 = 34.34, P <0.001; χ2 = 13.5 0, P <0.01). LN expression in adenocarcinoma cells was significantly different from that in endometrial carcinoma (P = 0.043). Conclusion LN expression in glandular cells and loss of LN expression in basilar membrane are associated with endometrial cancer.
