我国现行出版物呈缴本制度存在着与时代不相适应的结构性缺陷。对出版物呈缴本制度进行立法,加强呈缴本体制建设,强化呈缴本体系合理化建设,是促进和完善我国出版物呈缴本制度法制化建设的必经之路。
The present system of our country’s present publications presents structural flaws that are incompatible with the times. It is the only way to promote and perfect the legal system construction of our country’s publications that the present system is to be legislated, to strengthen the construction of the present system and to strengthen the rationalization of the present system.
