中国多年来一直致力于开拓境外油气业务,初步形成了非洲、中亚、中东、南美和东南亚五大境外油气生产发展区,业务范围涉及了油气勘探、开发、生产、炼油、化工储运与销售以及工程技术服务等多个领域,这一系列成果的取得离不开销售中的执行工作,销售中的执行工作作为其中最基本、最重要、最具创造性的资源,是项目的第一战略资源,是影响项目成败的决定因素,因此加强我国境外油气项目的销售中的执行工作变得日益紧迫和必要。
