巩固和发展合作医疗,涉及千家万户切身利益,江西省宜春地区提出了“抓好试点,逐步推开,今年以乡为单位合作医疗覆盖率达到60％,2000年以村为单位达到85％以上”的目标,并先行在樟树市、宜丰县8个乡镇试点,所辖10县市也分别进行了一至三个乡镇的试点。目前,试点乡镇人员、资金、房屋、设备、管理措施等已基本到位,正式挂牌运行,医疗和防保工作得到进一步强化,农民初步尝到了合作医疗的甜头。
To consolidate and develop cooperative medical care, involving millions of households, the Yichun region of Jiangxi Province has put forward the “Piloting a pilot project and gradually pushing it away. This year, the coverage of cooperative medical care in rural areas has reached 60%. In 2000, 85% of villages were used as units. The above targets were first piloted in 8 townships in Yushu and Yifeng, and 10 counties and cities under their jurisdiction were also piloted in one to three townships. At present, the trial township personnel, funds, housing, equipment, and management measures have been basically put in place, officially listed, medical and anti-insurance work has been further strengthened, and farmers initially tasted the sweetness of cooperative medical treatment.
