业界代表委员建议:根据开发成本区别对待不搞一刀切【本刊讯】今年年初,中国石油和化学工业联合会向有关主管部门建议,提高石油特别收益金起征点,并实行差别化的征收政策。这一建议在本次两会上得到了代表委员们的响应,多位来自石油、石化行业的代表委员纷纷建议,国家对开发成本较高的油田公司能够上调起征点或者免征石油特别收益金。
