人发中含有的大量元素是S和C1,此外还有Cu、Fe、Ca和Zn等多种微量元素。研究表明,这些元素和人的健康状况,生活环境和营养发育状况均有关系。人发元素分析已广泛用于环境保护、临床医学、地方病防治等多种领域。近年来,在日本[1]的公安部门中开展了人发中S的鉴定,已和血型鉴定、指纹鉴定那样用于犯罪现场的罪犯分析。人发元素分析方法很多,如原子吸收法[2],等离子光谱法[3],中子活化法[4]等。
Human hair contains a large number of elements are S and C1, in addition to Cu, Fe, Ca and Zn and other trace elements. Research shows that these elements and the human health, living environment and nutritional development are related. Human hair elemental analysis has been widely used in environmental protection, clinical medicine, prevention and treatment of endemic diseases and other fields. In recent years, the identification of human hair S carried out in the public security departments of Japan [1] has been used in criminal analysis of offenders such as blood type identification and fingerprint identification. There are many methods of human hair elemental analysis, such as atomic absorption spectrometry [2], plasma spectroscopy [3], neutron activation [4] and so on.
