我们观察了结缔组织疾病70例,伴有神经精神障碍者32例,占45.9%。现将临床症状及治疗问题报告于下。发病率结缔组织疾病的神经精神障碍的发病率见表1。系统性红斑狼疮本组分为神经症状和精神障碍两类。43例中伴发神经精神障碍19例,表现28例次,其中9例表现2类症状。一、神经症状:文献报告发病率平均为20～30%。本组43例中13例,占30.2%。(一)癫痫样痉挛发作本组在43例中发
We observed 70 cases of connective tissue disease, 32 cases with neuropsychiatric disorders, accounting for 45.9%. The clinical symptoms and treatment problems are reported below.
